With that said, we are a new store, and we understand that novelty comes with a certain amount of uncertainty. For what it’s worth, we have years of successful e-commerce experience (100% feedback rating and over 1.0K sales on eBay) and we are always happy to address questions or concerns from our customers directly. With that said, if you feel more comfortable, please feel free to buy from us on eBay, just keep in mind that our cheapest prices and newest listings will always be found here. We may be a still small business but we are genuine and serious about what we do. Give us a chance!

Kinterra practices a policy of complete transparency when it comes to pre-owned items. Every pre-owned item that we sell has been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, researched, tested, and photographed. Every single one. Kinterra doesn’t reuse stock photos. This means the item that you are buying is this exact item that you see photographed. We believe there are no shortcuts when it comes to vetting and endorsing pre-owned items and we don’t mind putting in the extra effort to realize this.

As part of this mission to make online shopping for pre-owned items a smoother and more transparent experience, we grade each pre-owned item we sell on a scale from “Excellent” to “Great” to “Good” to “Fair” to “Seen Better Days.” Our in-house grading system is based primarily on the condition of the item, but completeness is also considered.

Excellent: Item appears pristine with no discernible instances of wear. Item is also complete or very nearly complete.

Great: Item may have slight instances of wear (scratches, scuffs, dust stains, etc.) but these do not meaningfully affect the aesthetic or function. Item is mostly complete but may be missing some smaller accessory pieces.

Good: Item has at least one instance of notable wear (more severe scratching, scuff marks, discoloration, yellowing, etc.) which may partially affect the aesthetic or function. Item may be missing some pieces.

Fair: Item has more than one instance of notable wear which meaningfully affects the aesthetic and/or function. Item is likely missing pieces.

Seen Better Days: Item has multiple instances of notable wear and is primarily being sold for parts or for troop building. Item is very likely missing numerous pieces.

While most items will ship via USPS Ground Advantage, Kinterra utilizes USPS, FedEx, and UPS services to ensure the best value and the cheapest rates for our customers. Expedited options are also available, and preferred services can be specified upon request.

At Kinterra, we use a proprietary shipping formula that considers the size and weight of your selected items to determine the delivery cost. We are still fine-tuning our formula, but in many cases, the price you pay will be less than the price we pay.

On rare occasions, when the discrepancy between expected and actual shipping cost is significant, we reserve the right to cancel your order, but we will always contact you first. Rest assured, this is a rare occurrence, and it can also result in the buyer’s favor. If we determine that we overcharged for shipment, we will gladly initiate partial shipping refunds.
